this week in the studio…
it has been one of those crazy weeks. you know the kind. you think you have all the time in the world and then suddenly it is thursday evening and you have not put together a 'in the studio… sneak peek friday' post for the morning yet. it is too dark to take any photos. not that you know what you would take a photo of. you feel like you have been busy all week… but not sure what you have actually accomplished. yes. one of those weeks! :)
i did get some scans made of the piece i showed you last week before i shipped it off. i hope to get some prints together of that. i have never tried to do it before in a way that i have to 'piece the scans together' because it was too big to fit. so we will see how that works out!
i made a heart garland tutorial for my (in)courage post this month. it was posted on the site yesterday if you want to take a look… right here.
i also freshened up my blog banner with a little 'love' for february! :)
i am so looking forward to seeing your creative heart this week.
♥
ready to share? let us celebrate the process and the accomplishments.
please remember we want this to be an encouraging group, it would be wonderful if you would visit as many of the other studios as you can.
and remember… 'studio' is meant to be wherever you are creating.
if you are new, check the about post. you can grab the button right here.
please include the button or a link back to this post so people know where to find everyone.

glad i am not the only one! :)
I pinned this and it's been super popular!
I have those kind of weeks all the time! In fact, this is one of those weeks for me also. It seems like I've been busy but I don't really see that I've accomplished anything. I really like that heart garland!
Love it! I need a creative brain to show off some love. Thanks for the great idea! Blessings.

Love this, Jennifer! Even though my kiddos are older, they still like to make decorations and have a party. I hope they never grow out of that!
that is so sweet!! ♥
Oh, I loved this tutorial over at {in}courage! And I noticed the blog banner, too…I think I am going to have to figure out how to do that with my blog and website…
Blessings…I will be back to visit everyone later, because we are going to "The Fat Stock Show" in Fort Worth…

Very pretty valentine garland – love it!!
I have known just such weeks! =) I enjoyed your post for InCourage…so you did do something. =)
I didn't get to link up today, but God bless you and your weekend.
well… even though it just went up, that post was done long ago! :)
that's okay! I picked up some pink paper today…so will try my hand at making a couple of the hearts this week…I don't have the grommet thing…but I'll use a staple. =)
i used staples when i was testing the idea out. much easier! :)
I do adore your heart garland! The words of truth add such substance to the cool design. I'm hoping to make one:)
So pretty! Oh, and I know those weeks… in fact, I don't even have a Friday thing together on Friday… ha! At least I can go look at everyone else's art :)

Hi Jennifer,
My name's Jenn too!
I hope you don't mind but I'm trying to get the word out…
If you are worried about the fact that google friend connect is being discontinued even eventually for blogger blogs then please come read my latest blog post, I'm trying to get the info out there about MR. LINKY'S new FOLLOWER tool!! Yes, the same guy who wrote the cool linky tool has now put out a FREE Follower tool!! Come on over and read all about it.
Best,
Jennifer McLean from http://www.justaddwatersilly.com
i checked it out after you mentioned it and decided to give it a try jennifer! just put it on my blog too! thanks for sharing that. i hope it is a good thing for people to use! :)
Good decision! I'm finding that people are THRILLED to have a new option that they know won't use their info nefariously. I really don't like being watched by google. I always thought others were paranoid, now I see they were right. I think this follower tool is going viral, lol.
~Jenn
I'm a new follower!!!
:o)
Hi Jennifer,You see I have made pink hearts too this week!

I need to start posting sneak peek Friday posts again…I miss doing it, but every single week seems to slip by too quickly. : ) Oh, well, one of these times I'll link up again. I loved your heart garland tutorial! It is simply lovely, and you did a great job making it accessible!
