Shipping

Orders are made and shipped from my studio in Nebraska.

Orders are typically fulfilled and shipped within 2-5 days. Shipping time is in addition to that.

I mostly ship with USPS and that typically takes no longer than 5 business days. Tracking from USPS is provided and emailed to you with your shipping notification through my shop. Occasionally, larger items will ship with UPS or FedEx. Again, tracking will be provided and emailed to you with your shipping notification through my shop.

 

International Shipping

Currently I ship to Canada.  If you would like a shipping quote to somewhere else, please contact me for more information.

International orders can take around two weeks to arrive. It can be hard to give an exact time for shipping internationally, so your patience is much appreciated. International customers are responsible for any custom's taxes/fees.

 

Returns and Exchanges



I hope you are happy with your order. I do my best to provide a clear picture and good description of all of my work so you receive exactly what you expected. I do not offer cash refunds or exchanges for items once they have been shipped.

I do offer replacement for orders damaged upon arrival or wrong item shipped.

 These will be handled on a case by case basis. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please take photos of the incorrect/damaged products you received along with photos of any damages to the packaging it arrived in.

Contact me, attaching the photos and including your order number, and I will either refund you the cost of the products or re-send them, depending on your preference. All shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Lost or Stolen

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages or shipping issues once the package leaves my shop.  Once the package leaves me, the responsibility lies with the shipping carrier (mostly USPS, occasionally FedEx or UPS).  Please watch the tracking info in your shipping notification email for updates on the location of your order.  

 

Additional Information

The purchase of artwork or paper goods does not transfer reproduction rights.
