Shipping policy

Shipping

Orders are made and shipped from my studio in Nebraska.
Most orders are fulfilled within 2–5 business days, with shipping time in addition to that.

I primarily ship via USPS, which typically takes no more than 5 business days.
You’ll receive tracking info by email when your order ships. Occasionally, larger items will ship via UPS or FedEx—you’ll be notified and receive tracking either way.

 

International Shipping

At this time, I ship to Canada only.
If you’re located elsewhere, feel free to reach out for a custom shipping quote.

International orders can take up to 2 weeks or more to arrive.
I appreciate your patience, as international delivery times may vary.
Customers are responsible for any customs duties or fees.

 

Returns and Exchanges

I hope you're happy with your order.
Each product is described and photographed carefully to ensure you know what you're receiving. Because of the handmade nature of my work, all sales are final—I don’t offer returns or exchanges once an item has shipped.

That said, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, I’ll absolutely make it right.
Please email me with:

  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

  • Photos of the packaging (if damaged)

  • Your order number

Depending on your preference, I’ll either replace the item or issue a refund.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable.

 

Lost or Stolen

Once your order leaves my studio, it’s in the hands of the carrier.
I am not responsible for lost of stolen packages lost or stolen packages or shipping delays.
Be sure to track your shipment using the tracking link provided in your shipping confirmation email.  

 

Failed Deliveries

Please double-check your shipping address—especially apartment or unit numbers.
I’m not responsible for undeliverable packages due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address

  • Missing apartment/suite number

  • Mail forwarding issues

  • Unsecure delivery location

If a package is returned to me, I’m happy to re-ship it.
However, you’ll be responsible for the reshipping fee.

 

Additional Information

Purchasing artwork or paper goods from StudioJRU does not transfer reproduction rights.
